I think in some minor ways certain things have gotten better. Just before his death DC had zero POC titles but now they at least have Batwing, Voodoo, and Blue Beetle. And while not the same as solo titles, most of the team books (except for JL Dark) also have at least one or two POC members, which I guess is an improvement since the JLA was all-white and the Titans had...
